Gladys Smith Your Show Host For The Issues
Gladys is a natural born entrepreneur. She became a real estate investor in 1998 when she acquired her first property, a 27 unit apartment building in Harlem. This property was essentially a “Baptism by fire” for Ms. Smith. Today, the property has more than quadrupled in value and is one of many properties she went on to acquire in Pennsylvania, Brooklyn, New York and New Jersey. Gladys recently opened one of the only three Hostels in Harlem. Currently, her activities have been focused on using real estate investment opportunities to create passive streams of residual income. She has diversified her interest to include network marketing, vending machines and security investments. Professionally Gladys works in private practice as a Licensed Speech and Language Pathologist.
She currently resides in Maplewood, NJ with her 19 year-old daughter.
